Gunnar Brock

Chairman of the board

Gunnar Brock has served  as a board member of Stena AB since 2011.

Gunnar was appointed chairman of the board of Stena AB in 2017. Gunnar is chairman of Neptunia AB, a director of Investor AB, Patricia AB and ABB. Gunnar was previously Chief Executive Officer of Alfa Laval, Tetra Pak and Atlas Copco.

Dan Sten Olsson

Chief Executive Officer

Dan Sten Olsson has served as Chief Executive Officer and a director of Stena AB since 1983.

Mr Olsson also serves as a member or a Chairman of the board of a majority of the main companies in the Stena Sphere. Mr Olsson has been employed by Stena AB since 1972.

Christian Caspar

Christian Caspar has served as a board member of Stena AB since 2011.

Mr. Caspar is also a director of Industrivärlden AB and Goodgrower SA. He is a Director Emeritus at Mckinsey & Company where he held several leading roles during his tenure from 1975 to 2011.

Marie Eriksson

Marie Eriksson was appointed as a board member of Stena AB in 2020.

Ms Eriksson is also a member of the board of directors of Stena Metall AB, Fastighets AB Kalvringen, Stena Sessan Line AB and Formica Capital AB.

Casper von Koskull

Casper von Koskull has served as a board member of Stena AB since 2020.

Mr. von Koskull has a 38 year career in international banking, his last position being CEO of Nordea Bank AB. Prior to Nordea he was a partner at Goldman Sachs in London. Casper serves as Chairman of Heimstaden Bostad AB, Fazer AB and the European Business Leaders Convention and is director on the boards of Ductor Oy.

Peter Laurin

Peter Laurin has served as a board member of Stena AB since 2022.

Mr. Laurin is the CEO at Piab Group,  a fully owned subsidiary of Patricia Industries, part of Investor  AB. Peter has extensive  experience from Ericsson, where he was a member of the Ericsson  executive team in various positions, latest as the head of business area managed services.

William Olsson

William Olsson has served as a board member of Stena AB since 2012.

He is also the Chairman of the Board of Stena Sessan AB and a member of the board of Stena Metall AB. Apart from his work within the Stena Group, Mr Olsson has directed, as well as produced, a number of feature films over the years. He holds an MFA from USC School of Cinematic Arts and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Anna Westerberg

Anna Westerberg has served as a director of Stena AB since September 2023. Ms Westerberg has extensive experience from various positions within AB Volvo and currently holds the position as President of Volvo Buses. She also serves as a member of the board at Munters Group AB.  Ms Westerberg has a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology.

Anne-Marie Pouteaux

Anne-Marie Pouteaux has served as a director of Stena AB since 2008 and as a deputy director since 2017.

Ms. Pouteaux is a senior counsel of Wistrand Advokatbyrå Göteborg KB and is also a member of the board of directors of Stena Bulk AB.

Daniel Holmgren

Employee representative

Daniel Holmgren has served as a board member of Stena AB, representing Stena AB employees affiliated with the Swedish Seamen’s Union, since 2021. Other current assignments are, club section Chairman Seko sjöfolk, Stena Line. Employee representative Stena Line Scandinavia AB. Mr Holmgren is an able seaman and has been employed in our ferry operations since 2002.

Mikael Johansson

Employee representative

Service manager. BSc Oxford Brookes. Employed by Stena Group since 2003. Board member of Stena AB since 2021. Other current assignments are Club Chairman Sjöbefälsföreningen. Board member as employee representative Stena Line Scandinavia AB.

Pia Carlsson

Employee representative

Pia Carlsson has served as a deputy board member of Stena AB, representing Stena AB employees affiliated with the Swedish Union of Commercial Employees, since 2009. Ms Carlsson is a Fleet Manning Manager and has been employed in our ferry operations since 1990.
