Stena Sessan

Since Sessanlinjen was acquired at the start of the 1980s, the company has developed into a major Group with business activities mainly in shipping and equity and property management.

Stena Sessan AB is one of three parent companies within the Stena Sphere. Stena Sessan has a major involvement in tanker shipping through its shareholding in the listed company Concordia Maritime and many different tanker vessels. Stena Sessan, as owner of a RoPax vessel, also has a certain involvement in the ferry industry.

Stena Sessan has been the main owner of pharmaceutical company Meda and listed company Beijer Electronics with activities in industrial automation for some years.
