April 30, 2013. As previously announced. Stena AB´s full-year results will be published Tuesday April 30, 2013 at 15:00, Central European Time. Pursuant to the terms of Stena’s euro-denominated notes due 2017, 2019 and 2020, these full-year results will be provided to Deutsche Trustee Company Limited, the trustee in respect of the Notes, and posted on Stena’s website at www.stena.com. In light of Stena’s recent redemption of its dollar-denominated 7% Senior Notes due 2016, Stena is no longer obligated to file annual and other periodic financial reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and will no longer furnish those materials to the SEC.
